Spawforths have submitted a Full Planning Application on behalf of Taylor Wimpey to erect a substantial housing site (244 dwellings) on land at Durkar Lane, Crigglestone, Wakefield.
The proposal will benefit the local community by delivering much needed market and affordable housing, a school drop-off and turning facility, drainage improvements and public open space.
The Planning Application is currently being considered by Wakefield Council.
