Spawforth have been instructed to Design a 'one off' contemporary house for a private Client in the Leeds area.
The design concept 'living positively in the landscape' is informing the development of a low lying dwelling that nestles quietly under the trees and takes advantage of the landscape view through extensive glazing which blurs the barrier between inside and out.
