Spawforths have secured Wakefield Council's resolution to amend a condition on an outline planning permission and to approve a subsequent reserved matters submission for 58 new homes on land at the former Sharlston Colliery.  The decision follows detailed negotiations with Planning Officers and confirmation of Section 106 contributions informed by reference to a financial appraisal.
