Selby District Council has confirmed Olympia Park as the sole strategic development site in Selby in its Publication Draft Core Strategy.
Spawforths welcome confirmation of the planned development at Olympia Park, having worked closely with landowners since 2003 to realise this strategic mixed-use opportunity.
Consultation on the Publication Draft Core Strategy opened on 10 January 2011 and will enable stakeholders to make representations, prior to submission of the Core Strategy to the Secretary of State.
