Outline planning application submitted for 120 dwellings at Selby Road, Eggborough

Spawforths, on behalf of Jas Bowman & Sons Ltd, have prepared and submitted an outline planning application for 120 dwellings on the former Bowman’s Flour Mill site at Selby Road, Eggborough, Selby. Determination of this application by Selby District Council is expected by September 2017.

The redevelopment proposals represent a significant opportunity to enhance the environmental quality of the site, redeveloping this vacant former industrial site for residential development. The delivery of the site will also make a valuable contribution to towards meeting housing need in the District.
