Spawforths Innovation in Construction Technology Award

Congratulations to Laurentiu Popa, 3rd year Master of Architecture student at the University of Huddersfield for winning this years award for 'Innovation in Construction Technology' sponsored by Spawforths. The award was presented at the University's impressive end of year architecture show in their new Oastler Building. The scheme, entitled Regeneration in the City of Black Gold, was an exemplary essay in brutalist concrete architecture but also dealt with our core specialisms of communal identity, urbanism and place-making.

Spawforths would like to wish Laurentiu all the best with his future career.
