South Featherstone
On behalf of Keyland Developments Spawforths have secured a Draft Allocation for 1,500 homes, employment and a local centre to the south of Featherstone. The proposal seeks to embed Keyland's Six Capitals a create a scheme which provides additional benefit and support the regeneration of the town centre.
