Summary
Spawforths have secured outline planning permission for a major retail led mixed use development on the former Oldham Batteries site in Denton, Manchester.
Development of the site is the missing piece in the regeneration of Denton Town Centre and, as well as 165,000ft2 of new retail development, will deliver a Trade Park, new homes and resturants and a new relief road.
