Summary
Spawforths are currently working on behalf of their client to explore the potential planning and design options to restore a former sand quarry in the Selby District.
Restoration of the site will include re-use of part of the site as a landscaped woodland park with variety of soft recreational and leisure uses with part of the site being used a log cabin park, providing tourist accommodation and a number of high quality log cabins which will contribute to rural tourism and will respect the qualities of its rural surroundings.
