Summary

Following an outline planning application for a mixed use masterplan on the site, and working in partnership with Wakefield MDC throughout the process, Spawforths are leading a detailed planning application for the Public Realm and Infrastructure works.

This includes all work from draft proposals to full tender appointments up to appointment of contractors on site, works to include planting, lighting, and all aspects of the public realm, SUDS features including drainage swales and other attenuation features The detailed planning application is being developed alongside a Design Code for the built elements of the masterplan.
