Summary
This large masterplanning commission is for a mixed use urban extension to the east of Selby. The current proposals identified as a strategic site in the emerging Core Strategy extends to around 100 hectares and are comprised of approximately 800 New Homes, a 36 hectare employment site with a range of office, warehousing and industrial uses, new allotments, sport facilities and local retail and community facilities.
The project is a joint commission using the full range of Spawforths' in-house capacilities including planning, masterplanning, landscape architects, architects and stakeholder engagement.
