Spawforths, working on behalf HIMOR Group on their 1,655-acre Carrington site, are currently preparing two planning applications as part of the first stage of a new `Future Carrington`. Major Mixed Use Regeneration Scheme Approved Unanimously By Bassetlaw District Council
A major mixed -use regeneration proposal for 30 Ha of land at the former Welbeck Colliery in North Nottinghamshire, was unanimously approved last night by Bassetlaw District Council's planning committee. Spawforths were retained by Harworth Estates as architects, masterplanners and planners before the colliery closed in 2009 and have worked closely with the community and Welbeck Estates over the last 7 years to ensure that the scheme was well understood and supported by the local community. Planning Permission for a major Urban Extension to Selby has been granted by Selby District Council after many years of close partnership working to resolve the many technical issues associated with this major previously developed site. Read more
City Fields, Wakefield - New Business Hub
On behalf of Keyland Developments Ltd, Spawforths have submitted an outline planning application for the development of their site on the east side of Wakefield. The development is part of the City Fields masterplan and the proposals include the development of 500,000ft² employment business park with an ancillary pub/diner. Read more
North Northallerton Planning Permission Granted
Spawforths are happy to announce that planning permission has been granted to deliver a Masterplan for 900 homes, a school, new link road, rail bridge and commercial and leisure facilities on the North Northallerton site. Read more
