Senior Associate

Carol works in the Land Promotion Team and assists on site feasibility activities and visioning for Land Promotion.

With a Masters in Urban Design, she has considerable experience producing layouts and feasibility studies for volume house builders and has worked for Redrow, Keepmoat and Countryside Homes. Working with Development control throughout Yorkshire, Carol is adept at negotiating developments through planning with the production of Design and Access Statements and Building for a Healthy Life assessments.

Carol has worked on many complex schemes at scale and has a keen interest in delivery, sustainability and design quality.
