Patrick Stone

Planner (AssocRTPI)

Patrick is currently a town planner at Spawforths. Having graduated from Newcastle University in 2017 with a degree in Urban Planning, Patrick has over 4 years of experience working in planning, most of which was gained within the public sector at Bradford Metropolitan District Council.

He has experience as a planning officer in development management and as a planning enforcement officer, with particular involvement in dealing with residential developments, enforcement notices and planning appeals. Patrick is also currently working towards becoming a chartered member of the RTPI. At Spawforths, Patrick assists senior team members on projects through carrying out site appraisals, pre-applications, policy research and writing planning support statements.
