Spring Fields 55 New Homes

This is Spawforths fourth site for Bridge Homes in Wakefield. It is an irregular shaped plot with a number of constraints which resulted in the widening of the access road, acoustic works and a culvert diversion.

Spawforths successfully won this Framework project as part of an open tender on basis of design and delivery of the client’s core values. We are working with the contractor to deliver the 55 homes on site providing architectural services for all stages of this scheme.
