Thornesgate 96 New Homes

This is the second project Spawforths undertook for Bridge Homes LLP and includes both Contemporary and Traditional homes alongside a Senior living scheme for 12 units delivering 96 homes in total. The contemporary houses benefit from views over the golf course whilst the traditional units benefit from 'the Green' concept within the site. The first 3 phases provide a mix of housing including for sale and affordable homes, the fourth phase will complete the development with the construction of the Senior Living apartments.
