Highly Commended at LABC Awards!

We are delighted to announce our St Swithins Housing Development for Bridge Homes has been awarded Highly Commended in the New Housing Site category at the LABC West Yorkshire Building Excellence Awards 2017 which took place on Thursday 29th June 2017.

The Awards ceremony which covers Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield was held at Unity Works in Wakefield.

The team design, client and contractor worked closely together on this project to construct a scheme which takes a value added approach to housing delivery balancing social and commercial considerations equally, enabling Bridge Homes to deliver good quality private sale housing and good quality public realm along with full affordable housing requirements and a comprehensive developer contributions package. Significant time was spent on both the external appearance of the dwellings and the internal fittings to ensure they appeal to future buyers of the properties and we are delighted that this has been recognised by the Awards committee.

We are currently working with Bridge Homes and Saul Construction to deliver the next project for 96 dwellings at Thornesgate in Wakefield and are looking forward to the Launch of the Sales area in the Autumn This site includes a wider range of housetypes including both Traditional and Contemporary style dwellings and builds on the success of St Swithins.
