Planning permission granted for next phase of regeneration at Carrington

Spawforths secured planning permission for 320 dwellings, 668,000sq ft employment floorspace and 12,917 sq ft retail/health floorspace, following approval by Trafford Council`s Planning Committee, on 5th March​ 2020. The planning application and ES were submitted on 1st November 2019, by Spawforths Development Management Team, who undertook Planning and ES Co-ordination roles on the project

Spawforths have worked on this site since 2013, advising on Strategic Planning Strategy and undertaking Development Management Services.

The planning permission is another step in realising the long held ambitions of regeneration and revitalisation of Carrington.
