Planning Permission Success for Berkeley DeVeer

Spawforths Development Management Team are delighted to have successfully obtained full planning permission on behalf of Berkeley DeVeer at a site in Ossett, Wakefield for 14 dwellings.

The permission included the demolition of existing buildings on the site with a number of noise related matters to overcome due to neighbouring uses surrounding the site.

There were no objections from members of the public or statutory consultees which demonstrated the high quality residential design of the development along with the expert negotiation of the Spawforths Development Management Team.
