Spawforths put Regional New Towns on the Map

Spawforths have been commissioned to prepare masterplans for two potential garden villages in the region, one with up to four thousand homes, the other for as many as ten thousand new homes. Each will be discrete settlements with their own community facilities and services.

Both garden villages will make a significant contribution to providing new homes, to meet local needs, as well as delivering jobs and new sustainable transport infrastructure.
