Spawforths Secures Permission at Alchemy Business Park, Knowlsey

Spawforths have successfully secured planning permission on behalf of Network Space to expand its Alchemy Business Park site, on the East Lancashire Road with up to 280,000 ft² of new employment. The application was unanimously approved by Knowsley Borough Council planning committee on the 9 February 2017.

The hybrid application secures full planning permission, with the first phase delivering 102,000 ft² of employment floorspace and a second phase providing a further176,000 ft² of flexible B1 (b), (c), B2 and B8 employment space.

Spawforths and Network Space have worked closely with the Council to secure this permission, which demonstrates Network Space’s commitment to invest and deliver employment space on this important site in the Liverpool City Region.
