Attercliffe Waterside, Sheffield

Spawforths, working for Strata Homes, GMI Property, Sigma Capital Properties and Great Places prepared a bid for the Attercliffe Waterside site. The bid focused on the creation of a sustainable new place in this historic but neglected suburb of Sheffield. We proposed the opening up of routes into the city centre, supporting the existing high street and acting as a catalyst for the regeneration of adjacent sites.
