Building Regulations

Over the last 15 years Spawforths's architecture team have prepared Building Regulation Application Information for many thousands of houses and buildings being delivered throughout the North of England and the Midlands.  We currently work with a wide range of clients from the public and private sectors

Our architecture team draw on their detailed technical knowledge to produce Building Regulation information that is consistent with the buildings design ethos and is clear, concise and comprehensive. 

Our Building Regulation Information complies with all relevant Building Regulations and other statutory requirements and includes detailed drawings, itemised notes and specifications that demonstrate clearly how a building will be built. 

We work collaboratively with the wider design team, coordinating  their outputs  to minimise the risk of conflicting information being prepared  thus ensuring construction proceeds on site with  the minimum of disruption.  

Following the submission of an application we monitor its progress and liaise with the Building  Control Officer and the design team to discharge conditions.
