Where community led projects are a key element of a proposal, the ability to plan, manage, resource and deliver them at a local level needs to be ensured.

Our urbanism team has many years experience of community capacity building programmes, running workshops and creating governance and management structures as well as facilitating training events covering such issues as how communities influence development plans, funding, viability, construction procurement and running effective engagement programmes.
