Spawforths Architects have extensive  contract administration experience.  Our team are skilled in the preparation of tender information and  administering  the tender process for a range of forms of contract including; traditional, design and build and partnering contracts.

We can assist the Client  with the identification and evaluation of potential contractors and /or specialists for the project, prepare technical information in sufficient detail to enable a tender or tenders to be obtained and assist the Quantity Surveyor or Client  to evaluate tender returns.

For those Clients who want it, we can host an online tender site that provides tenderers and the Client with 24 hour access to tender information and streamlines the tender process by facilitating a speedy response to tender queries, online discussion  and consistent sharing of further  information as required.
