Sci-Tech Daresbury, Warrington

Daresbury Science Park (SIC) is one of only two UK wide national Science and Innovation Campuses and is also an Enterprise Zone. The Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC), Langtree Property Partners and Halton Borough Council have formed a 20 year public-private joint venture at Daresbury SCI, to bring more than 6,000 scientific research and innovation jobs to the area.

Spawforths acting on behalf of the Joint Venture partnership have set out a development strategy for the site, prepared and submitted representations to the Core Strategy to secure a Strategic Site allocation and have secured planning permission for the erection of the first two innovative laboratories and office buildings together with a fantastic public realm scheme. We are actively involved in a comprehensive masterplan for the Campus to deliver subsequent phases of development.
