University of Bolton Portfolio, Bolton

Spawforths provide a range of Planning, Masterplanning and Architecture services to the University of Bolton, across their property portfolio. Spawforths have developed a property strategy which allows the University to make a series of informed decisions about how to best meet the operational needs of the University whilst also facilitating an ongoing programme of property upgrade and redevelopment.

Working closely with the Council and University, Spawforths prepared a Supplementary Planning Policy Document and Masterplan Document to provide a Framework within which the University’s future development aspirations can take place. Once completed this will ensure that future planning decisions are made consistent with the aims of all key Stakeholders within this part of Bolton.
