The experience this brings with it, allows him to effectively facilitate often complex negotiations about a wide range of regeneration, masterplanning, planning and development issues as well as assist in Section 106 agreements and act as an expert witness at public inquiries.
Adrian is currently a board member of the Wakefield Enterprise Partnership, chair of the Wakefield Bondholder Scheme and chair of the Ninelakes Community Partnership. He has previously been chair of his local community partnership and is a former vice chair of Wakefield College. Away from work, Adrian is a keen swimmer, model maker and technology “nerd” and is a passionate champion of both self-build and custom-build as a partial solution to meeting some of the nation’s housing challenges.
