Daniel Starkey Spawforths

Senior Associate:  Chartered Town Planner, Chartered Surveyor

Daniel works in the Land Promotion team and takes a lead on site finding activities, delivery and viability matters.

 He has extensive experience of working in both public and private sectors having worked for, Barratt Developments,  Harron Homes, CITU and in the planning policy team at Craven District Council in the past.

Daniel has worked on many complex major development schemes and has a thorough understanding of development viability, land contracts and town planning.  He has a keen interest in Planning Policy, Sustainability, Land Economy and Housing delivery.
